Planning landscaping for this area. Found a variety of lilac that will grow here. Think we will put one at the left corner so mom can smell it from her window. They are adding a third airconditioning unit at the right so some shrubs in that area to hide them all.

That is looking grand! I know how excited you have to be!
It's going to be a fantastic space. I know that you will have the craft room to beat all craft rooms, too. Such fun!
