now that it is just the two of us there are not enough mouths to feed the baked goods to. (It figures, I finally have time to spend in the kitchen and no one to feed it to!) I am so glad my husband's co-workers like to eat because now I can bake and not negate my efforts on the treadmill or in the pool. Don't these look good? I got the recipe from Kathy at Mennonite Girls.
Instead of sampling those tasty morsels, I will stick to enjoying this sweetie!

Ohhh, didn't those cookies look marvelous! I knew that I recognized them. You didn't even try one? I really want to know if I should bake some.
I did try one, ok, maybe two and they were pretty good. To be honest I am not a chocoholic anymore. My husband loves them!
